Home Remedies For Firmer Skin

1. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar improves blood circulation and restores the youthfulness of the skin. It helps to provide oxygen, revive and rejuvenate it thereby maintaining its elasticity. Apple cider vinegar is rich in minerals and vitamins like vitamin A, B, C and is also a very good natural source of antioxidant, which protects the skin from free radicals.

Put ½ or ¼th cup of apple cider vinegar in water and take a bath in it, to improve elasticity of your skin. Or take ¼ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon turmeric, ½ teaspoon each of coconut oil and oats. Mix this and make a paste. Apply on face and keep for 10-20 minutes, and then wash off with warm water.
2. Olive Oil

Olive oil moisturizes the skin, as it helps to hydrate it. It is also a very good natural antioxidant, which helps the skin to fight against free-radicals and thereby faster ageing. Massage your face and body every day with olive oil before taking bath. Massaging improves blood circulation, and provides elasticity to the skin. Also you may mix few drops of olive oil with 2 teaspoon milk and 1 tablespoon honey and make a mask with it. Apply the mask onto face, and rinse off after 20 -30 minutes. This is a very good remedy of hydrating the skin, if your skin is dry.
3. Grapes

Grapes are a source of antioxidant, and contain Resveratrol, a polyphenol which fights against action of free radicals. Grapes also induce natural removal of dead skin cells, and regeneration of new cells. This reduces wrinkles and also helps to make the skin firmer. Eating grapes and also applying them topically can help reduce wrinkles and firm the skin. Squeeze juice from 4-5 grapes and apply on whole face, and leave for 20 minutes. Then rinse off. This is an effective way of reducing pimples also.
4. Shea Butter And Cocoa Butter

Shea butter and cocoa butter both moisturizes dry skin, by hydrating it. The mixture of both the butters also helps to provide elasticity to the skin. In order to apply it, take 1 tablespoon of Shea butter and 1 tablespoon of cocoa butter. Apply this onto face, and keep for 15-20 minutes. After this, wash your face with cool water. There is no need of using any extra moisturizer after this.
5. Egg White

Applying egg white on skin can prove to be very beneficial for people with oily skin. Although egg whites does not fight wrinkles, but it provides elasticity to the face. Take out three egg whites and apply it to the skin in upward motion. Keep until it totally dries and then wash off.
6. Clay

Clay helps to lift and tone skin. Make a fine clay mask, to apply on skin. Take 2- 3tablespoon clay and water or rosewater to mix the clay. Do not make the paste too thin or too thick. Apply it on the face and leave until it dries up. Then rinse off with water.

In order to apply pineapple topically on your skin, cut a pineapple, and rub the core of it on face.
8. Ice Bag
