Heck, this baby doesn't even whimper, much less cry. What kind of super baby is this? Well, ladies, meet the Votre Vu Bébé Duette , the new, miniature, travel-sized version of the line's Duette original, a hand cream and lip balm hybrid.


Each Bébé Duette features a 40 ml tube of Tarte D'Amande Luxe Hand Creme at the top with its own dedicated cap — and, hidden within a secondary cap at the bottom of the hand cream, you'll find a 1.5 ml pot of Luxe Lips Moisturizing Lip Balm. When you flip this second cap open, you'll find the solid lip balm in the base and a round mirror along the lid (a nice detail since the mirror comes in quite handy for on-the-go touch-ups).

The Votre Vu Bébé Duette comes in two versions — one with a clear lip balm and the other with a sheer raspberry tinted balm that works on a wide variety of skin tones (the hand lotion portion remains the same for both editions). The Bébé Duette is sold in sets of two, and you can choose whether to spring for two tubes with the original Luxe Lips, two with the Luxe Lips Framboise, or a mixture of clear and tinted balms.

In terms of performance, the Luxe Hand Creme easily vaults, leaps and somersaults to a perfect 10. When you smooth it onto your hands, the almond scent will remind you of the toasted sweetness of caramelized, baked almond slithers, while the subtle hints of coconut might remind you of crispy, flaky coconut macaroons, transporting your psyche to a French patisserie. The formula instantly smooths and softens hands with its mixture of natural ingredients: conditioning and hydrating shea butter; vitamin E-rich sunflower seed oil, which providers free radical protection and makes the formula more easily absorbed by skin; softening, antioxidant-loaded coconut oil, which reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles; grape seed oil, which tightens and tones; jojoba oil, which mimics the sebum in our skin structure, making it more easily absorbed and hence more effective as an emollient; soothing aloe to calm any irritation; and wheat proteins, which tighten the skin and help it retain moisture.

The Luxe Lips lip balm proves just as efficient as a lip conditioner, moisturizer, and protector with its blend of coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, pressed castor oil, shea butter, and beeswax. A swipe of the balm across the lips will eliminate any flakiness and seduce your senses with its creamy coconut scent.
